Return & Exchange Policy

 

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order

Eligible cases include

     

The order arrived different from what was requested

An error in the name or personalized text

The product arrived with a defect or damage

 

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the invoice

Digital products or items customized upon request are non-refundable

The store is not responsible for any damage occurring during shipping, as all shipments are carefully packaged and fall under the responsibility of the shipping company



How to request a return

We will send you a return label

Print the label, repackage the item in its original packaging, and deliver it to the nearest shipping branch

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will contact you to process the refund

 

Return shipping costs

The customer bears the shipping and return costs unless the error is from the store (wrong product or defective item), in which case the store covers all costs



Refund process

For credit card payments  the amount will be refunded to the same card within up to 10 business days

For bank transfer payments  we will contact you to provide your bank details to process the refund
